Customers can try our services with One Month Free Trial. During the trial period, Membership Plan charges shall not be applicable. Other relevant charges shall be applicable.
When a vehicle is hired through Freightbazaar, then only Users have to pay Transaction Fees. Transaction fees is calculated based on the Freight Value and such percentage varies depending upon the type of customer, type of Truck Service used, etc. Additionally, a nominal membership fees are paid by users. Membership charges vary depending upon the Plan user chooses. However, these charges are adjusted with the Transaction fees.
You can confirm your registration by clicking on the link sent to your registered email address or OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Once our team calls you and verify the details submitted, registration process is completed.
All the communications related to your account and transactions shall be done to registered email addresses and mobile numbers. Invoices will be sent to registered email addresses. Sometimes, we ask you to verify the transactions through email or mobile communications. Hence both of these are critical.

Plans / Billing / Payment
There are multiple options that are available. Users can pay online through Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking Facility, Cash Card, Mobile payments, etc. Apart from this, Users can also pay through Cheque, Demand Draft, and Bank Transfer. We do not encourage payments through cash. FreightBazaar also provide E-wallet where customers can deposit amount via methods mentioned above. Same can be used for any future payments. We are continuously adding more and more avenues for payments. Users can contact Customer Care for further details.
If you are making multiple transactions, everytime, you need not go for online payment. FreightBazaar is providing an e-wallet to its customers. In e-wallet where customers can deposit amount via methods mentioned above. The balance in e-wallet can be used for any future payment.
Users can not claim back the surplus balance in e-wallet if the amount is less than Rs. 10000. For higher amount, users can write to firstname.lastname@example.org or request at Customer Care. The same shall be processed within 45 days. However, users can claim back only the amount that is deposited. Any credit that is a result of any promotional offer, that can not be claimed back.
Once order is placed, user can not cancel any plan. However, user may upgrade to another plan. Once the validity period of a plan is completed, the membership plan will expire until it is renewed.

Once the Order is placed and payment is involved, the User will get an email and SMS on registered email address and mobile number confirming placement of order. Once the Order is processed by the internal team, the User will get an email with invoice, email and SMS on the registered email address and mobile number confirming the Order.
All the charges mentioned are inclusive of all taxes. User is not required to pay any extra charges. If there are any extra charges to be paid, it shall be clearly mentioned.
Freightbazaar does not save any Credit Card or Debit Card information. The payment is routed through secured payment gateway from EBS, which maintains the highest standards of security. Further details of EBS can be obtained at www.ebs.in.
Yes. You can use Internet Banking facility through secured payment gateway from EBS.
Yes. You can pay through Cheque/Demand Draft/Bank Transfer. While making the payment, please select the appropriate method of payment and enter necessary details. You can send the Cheque/Demand Draft to our Corporate Office or give it to salesman. In case of Bank Transfer, please call Customer Care. Once we receive the payment, we confirm the order and you can start using the package. Till then, your order will remain under process.
Once the payment is processed and the invoice is generated, there shall be no cancellation of the Orders and no refunds. For more details, please see Terms & Conditions.
We provide multiple options to our customers depending upon their requirements. Different plans offer different features and certain limitations. If there is a single user and number of transactions are limited, customer can opt for Regular Membership Plan. If there are multiple users and working independently, customer can opt for MSME Membership Plan. If there are multiple users with multiple levels of authority, customer can opt for Enterprise Membership Plan.

As a Truck Supplier, first you visit Loadboard and check if any matching loads are available. If yes, you can submit your interest or submit a quote. If any matching loads are not available, you can submit your Truck availability. Visitors can see your trucks. Also, if any load that matches your requirement is published, you will get an automatic alert on your desktop or mTrux android app. If Truck User shortlists your quotation, he or she will initiate the e-confirmation wherein you agree to terms. Once e-confirmation is completed, both parties get e-confirmation through email. You are now ready to send the truck.
